Cooking Method
Nyonya Fry Meat/ Seafood:
1) Heat up 30g oil, add in 300g meat/ seafood & stir fry little bit.
2) Add 100g sauce & 30g creamer.
3) Stir fry until cooked.
**Optional to add in extra creamer if too dry,
Nyonya Hotpot:
1) Heat up 1.5 Litre water
2) Add in 200g sauce & simmer for 5 mins.
