The plum liquor made of very fresh Nanko plums which added pineapple juice with rich sweet taste that grew in the sun of Okinawa Prefecture. Their rich and sweet scent hangs in the air, and although the drink has a distinct sour taste of plum wine, it is made in a way that you can feel the strong sweet taste of pineapples.
